We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with no damage, missing parts, or signs of misuse.
All returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping and inspection.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty

All  systems include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

• Flat Shipping Rate: US$2,000 anywhere in the United States.

• Service Type: Curbside delivery to your address via FedEx Freight.

• Scheduling & Tracking: A FedEx representative will contact you to schedule delivery and provide tracking details once the shipment departs our facility.

Local Pickup (No Shipping Cost)

• Pickup Location: Daytona Beach, Florida (Factory)

• Appointment Required: After your order is ready, we’ll confirm a pickup window and loading assistance.

• Vehicle Requirements: Please bring a suitable vehicle for a crated simulator and securement straps.

International Shipping

• Worldwide Delivery: We ship to most countries via FedEx International.

• Quotes: International shipping is quoted case-by-case based on destination, service level, and customs requirements.

• Duties & Taxes: Import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and local fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Documentation: We provide commercial invoice and packing list; additional documents can be arranged if required by your customs authority.

Packaging & Handling

• Protection: Each unit ships fully crated and foam-protected for safe transit.

• Inspection on Arrival: Please inspect the crate before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the carrier paperwork and take photos. Report shipping damage to us within 48 hours so we can assist with a claim.

Lead Time & Dispatch

• Build/Preparation: Lead times vary by configuration and current production schedule, delivery in 20 days.

• Dispatch: You’ll receive your FedEx tracking number as soon as the unit leaves our factory.

Delivery Requirements

• Access: Curbside delivery assumes standard truck access. If your location needs liftgate service or has access restrictions (gates, limited hours, remote sites), tell us in advance so we can coordinate with FedEx.

• PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
