Carrier & Coverage
All G-Force Simulation™ arcade products are shipped through FedEx® Freight (insured).
We offer delivery to all U.S. states and worldwide through our international partners.

United States (Domestic Shipping)

  • Flat Shipping Rate: US $2,000 anywhere in the United States

  • Service Type: Curbside delivery via FedEx Freight

  • Scheduling & Tracking: A FedEx representative will contact you to schedule delivery and provide tracking details once the shipment leaves our factory.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated between 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

Factory Pickup Option
Customers may choose to pick up their simulator directly from our facility in Daytona Beach, Florida.

  • Pickup is by appointment only.

  • We provide loading assistance on-site.

  • Please bring a suitable vehicle for transporting a crated unit and proper tie-down straps.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via FedEx International Freight.

  • Shipping costs are calculated per destination.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees.

  • We provide all standard export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list) and can assist with any additional paperwork required by your country’s customs agency.

Packaging & Handling
Every unit is shipped fully crated and foam-protected to ensure maximum safety during transit.
We recommend inspecting the crate before signing the delivery receipt.
If there is visible damage, note it on the carrier’s paperwork and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a claim.
Lead Time & Production
Production and preparation times vary based on model and current demand.
You will receive an estimated completion and shipping date after placing your order.
Delivery Requirements

  • Delivery assumes standard truck access.

  • Please notify us in advance if you require liftgate service or if your location has limited access (e.g., gated area, restricted hours, remote delivery).

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
